Floyd, Manager, CEO, Director of Production
P.B. Floyd is a personal manager. In his more than 25 years in the
entertainment industry, Mr. Floyd has worked in all aspects of development
such as artist and repertory (A&R), production, manufacturing/distribution,
and Promotion / marketing. Mr. Floyd, a Miami, Florida native, joined
the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA) as
a professional actor, and then became a member-at-large on AFTRA’s
board of directors, Miami Chapter. Additionally, he joined the Screen
Actor’s Guild (SAG) and served on the Equal Employment Opportunity
Committee (EEOC) in Atlanta, Georgia.
He also created the Black Music Association of South Florida (BMA\SFC),
an affiliate of the national office of the Black Music Association
based out of Philadelphia. In addition, while attending Los Angeles
City College in Los Angeles, California, he, John Singleton, and Bryan
Bellamy developed the American Black Cinema Association (ABCA), a student
advocate group that was created to assist Hollywood studios in making
information and contacts for film students available nationally. |

and Director
of Business Affairs
HaiLó is
an outstanding administrative assistant with more than 20 years of
experience in the legal field. During that time, she has been employed
by some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, including
Miami and New York. In addition to her expertise as a legal assistant,
HaiLó has been actively
involved as a member of the Staff Enrichment Team for one of the
law firms. Among this committee’s activities are the development
and organization of events and programs for over 300 business staff.
HaiLó was recently recognized and received a commemorative
award for ten years of dedicated service to her current employer.
As an entertainment industry professional, HaiLó has been involved
in the fashion market as a model as well as coordinating and promoting
fashion shows in New York and Miami. She has also participated in numerous
print ads and television commercials in Jamaica, her native country. |

James R. McMann, Director
of Operation
James R. McMann grew
up in southeast Texas and in Kenya, East Africa. This provided him
a broad experience that has carried him through his entire life.
Most of Mr. McMann’s high school
years were at Rift Valley Academy in Kijabe, Kenya. His senior year
was in Vienna, Virginia. Then he went off to Wingate College
in North Carolina for Film Studies. While there he worked for two radio
stations as an On Air Personality (D.J.), Air Force ROTC Cadet (LT)
and as a PC technician for college work-study. Thus began a continuous
struggle between his love of the entertainment industry and his unique
technical skills. After school he found the he could make a living
with his growing IT expertise. So he became over the years a PC technician
to a LAN specialist to a LAN Administrator to a Network Engineer to
a Sr. WAN Engineer. Project Manager to an Enterprise Architect to a
Consultant to a Senior Consultant. And as a specialist in problem solving
for nearly two decades he brings a wealth of experience to any table.
As this went on, he founded Logonot Productions later becoming Bear
Creek Productions in Denver, Colorado to feed that creative side of
him. Bear Creek Productions is now in Hollywood, California and
has expanded to include both Mr. McMann’s high end business/technical
consulting and high quality media production based on industry best
practices. |

Gary
Jenkins, Director of Acquisitions
Gary Jenkins has worked more than 16 years as a journalist. He started
his career at the Miami News in Miami, Florida in 1984 as an editorial
specialist, working in the Sports and News departments. In 1991, he
joined the Miami Herald, where he worked as an editorial specialist,
writer, and copy editor until 2004, when he moved to Los Angeles to
pursue a screenwriting career.
During his tenure as a writer and copy editor, Mr. Jenkins worked with
record labels and entertainment publicists throughout the United States.
He developed his craft as a scriptwriter by writing skits, monologues,
shorts, and stories for electronic press kits (EPKs) for South Florida
actors.
Mr. Jenkins, who also is a songwriter, has known
P.B. Floyd since 2000, the year that he began collaborating with
Mr. Floyd on songs. They started writing a book, entitled Making
Money in Music. While writing the book, Mr. Floyd conceived the
idea for a reality television show, called Shooting Starz and asked
Mr. Jenkins to help him develop the show. The two started developing
Shooting Starz and soon thereafter began writing treatments and
scripts for a slate of theatrical motion pictures, including Shooting
Starz and the IMI World, LLC’s first project, “HOT!
HOT! HOT!”
In addition to working as a journalist, screenwriter, and songwriter,
Mr. Jenkins has experience in advertising, promotion / marketing,
and sales. He was selected as an Outstanding Young Man of America
in 1984 “in recognition of outstanding professional achievement,
superior leadership ability and exceptional service to the community.”
Mr. Jenkins graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism
and Minor in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 1984. |

Ron
R. Jones, Director of Finance
Ron Jones has more than 15 years of professional experience in various
managerial and financial positions. Most recently, he served as a Corporate
Finance Manager at Warner Bros. in Burbank, California.
Prior to joining Warner Bros., he founded RJI, a business and web consulting
company that provides financial system and web support. Previously,
Mr. Jones held several leadership positions where he developed new
business ventures, administered profitability and budget analysis and
led numerous process improvement efforts for Principal Healthcare and
Philip Morris.
He graduated Cum Laude and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in
Accounting from Virginia State University. He is a member of the National
Society of Accountants and National Association of Black Accountants.

Simmons, Vice President, Director of Creative Arts
John Simmons is a cinematographer whose credits include Ruby Bridges,
Once Upon A Time When We Were Colored, 3 Strikes, The Five Heartbeats
and The Tracy Morgan Show. In addition, Mr. Simmons has shot a number
of music videos for such artists as LL Cool J and Snoop Dogg.
Recently, he was inducted into the American Society of Cinematographers,
an industry association where membership is only possible by invitation
and is extended only to directors of photography with distinguished
credits in the industry.

Chuck
Speed, Director of Internal Affairs and Clearances
Chuck Speed, born in Madrid, Spain, and currently the Senior
Vice President of Business Affairs of Mindfire Entertainment,
has established himself as a versatile individual in the film,
entertainment and international markets. His successful
career ../includes acting, stuntman, producer, as well
as various other crew positions. Chuck is gearing
up for the upcoming production of three movie ventures beginning
in the last quarter of 2006 through 2008. Chuck
continues to impact the industry with his work in CFQ magazine,
featuring in-depth coverage of your favorite sci-fi, fantasy, horror
films, TV, DVDs, games, toys, books, comics, etc. |

Rhona
Cunningham, Secretary, Director of Administration
Rhona Cunningham worked in Queens, New York at Hamworks, a company
that handles copyright and intellectual property filings. In 2002,
she handled administrative tasks for Caribbean Gold Records, and was
instrumental in helping Kya-Pi, the label’s reggae artist, to
reach number three on the Billboard Reggae Charts.
Aside from her entertainment activities, Ms. Cunningham is an English
teacher for the Toronto District School Board in Toronto, Canada. She
has worked in a number of teaching and administrative positions at
Toronto area schools and universities.
She also worked as a secretary/receptionist for Hostmann Steinberg
and as a travel consultant for Travel Agents International, both in
Toronto. In addition, she is an active member of her community, having
worked as a volunteer for several Toronto area youth centers, colleges/universities,
and professional sports franchises, including the Toronto Raptors of
the National Basketball Association, and serving on the community advisory
board as a community/parent representative for the Toronto Maple Leafs
of the National Hockey League.
She earned her Bachelors of Education, Intermediate/Senior from the
University of Toronto and Bachelors of Arts/B.A. Honors in History/African
Studies from York University. She also studied Hotel/Restaurant Management
and Travel/Tourism at the Toronto School of Business. |

Pamela Brown-Eyo,
Treasurer
Pamela Brown-Eyo started her entertainment career by establishing
concerts and festivals in her hometown of Loris, South Carolina.
She became associated with IMI World, LLC Manager James Floyd as
a financial support investor for Caribbean Gold Records in 2002.
Her involvement contributed to Kya-Pi, a Caribbean Gold reggae artist,
whose work appeared on the Billboard Reggae Charts in that year.
Kya- Pi’s record, “Me U Want,” placed in the top
three of the Billboard charts for eight consecutive weeks, and Kya-Pi
was named one of reggae’s top acts of 2002. Ms. Brown-Eyo also
produced and coordinated festivals and concerts for the Miami Chapter
of the NAACP, which hosted the NAACP’s national convention
in 2003. When not involved in the entertainment industry, she works
as a Fishery Biologist. She has dedicated 19 years of service in
the area of fishery biology research. Ms. Brown-Eyo has collaborated
with Florida agencies and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
research scientists throughout the country. In addition, she has
conducted Equal Employment Opportunity meetings and worked in various
supervisory positions throughout her career. She has been employed
at NOAA Fisheries locations in South Carolina and Miami.
Ms. Brown-Eyo earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology from South
Carolina State University. She also studied Oceanography and Claims
Adjustment at Miami-Dade Community College and Marine Biology at
Florida International University. Ms. Brown-Eyo is the co-author
of several articles and a regular speaker at schools in the Miami
area.
